1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Ezjual, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are primarily targeted at car sellers and registered automotive dealers in the **Klang Valley** region of Malaysia.

2. Bidding & Auctions

All bids placed on Ezjual are binding professional offers. Dealers must verify vehicle condition reports provided by our CSE (Customer Service Executive) team. We offer a 3-day bid reveal policy to ensure fair market competition.

3. Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide accurate vehicle history. Intercontinental Motors Sdn Bhd reserves the right to delist any vehicle found to have undisclosed major structural damage or mileage tampering.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
