1. Binding Dealer Bids

Every bid submitted through the EzJual terminal represents a binding commercial offer to purchase the vehicle at the specified amount. Sellers retain full freedom to accept or decline any offer.

2. Facilitator Role of Intercontinental Motors

Intercontinental Motors Sdn Bhd acts as the platform provider, vehicle verification coordinator, and transfer facilitator. All ownership handovers occur through official JPJ biometric e-Auto transfer channels.

3. Zero Seller Fee Policy

Private sellers pay 0% listing or commission fees. The winning dealer pays a standard 1% facilitation fee (minimum RM 300) upon successful completion of transaction and title transfer.

4. Hub Inspection & Transfer Protocols

Physical vehicle inspection and final biometric handovers are conducted at the Intercontinental Motors Kota Damansara HQ or designated regional inspection hubs across Klang Valley.
