1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing EzJual, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Blind Bidding Platform
EzJual operates as a "Blind Bidding" marketplace. All bids placed by verified dealers are legally binding contracts. The highest bid is hidden to ensure fair market value discovery.
3. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate information regarding vehicle condition. Misrepresentation may result in bid cancellation and account suspension.
4. Fees & Commissions
A platform commission of 1% or RM 300 (whichever is higher) is applicable upon successful transaction conclusion.
